SSL POODLE

Hi All,

There is bug called POODLE effecting on SSLv3, and the work around for now is to change to TLSv1.

Currently our SAP is connected to middleware using SSLv3 and in middleware we are going to change from SSLv3 to TLSv1.

My question is any impact on the connection from SAP to middleware?

how to change the SSLv3 to TLSv1 in SAP?

I check our SAPCRYPTOLIB is PL34. via SE38 -> SSF02.

You have to make sure all involved systems support TLSv1 before switching to it. See and . You may want to search for POODLE for further discussion threads on the topic rather than creating new ones.

Hi Samuli,

We have successfully turn off SSLv3 and activate TLSv1 on our middleware, and it works okay now.
