Upgrade Gateway to SP09

We are planning to update the Gateway Server from SP07 to SP09 and the SAP_UI Component to SP10. However its kind of confusing which is the correct component?

Does SAP_GWFND SP08 contains Gateway SP09 and SAP_UI SP10?  We have a 7.40 system for Gateway, and GWFND is at SP07 right now.

Do we upgrade the NW 7.4 Support Package Stack or upgrade the components indivisually?

SAP_GWFND SP08 contains Gateway SP09

Weird, it just could have been named as GWFND SP09 to keep it consistent.

Anyways, do you know if GWFND SP08 also contains SAP_UI SP10?

No it will not. You need to upgrade the SAP_UI component separately.
