search results usability EM 9.0

Dear All,

                In search results of EM 9.0 UI , customer wants to add an option of  page viewing of UI with lets say 10 recrods in each page. Then he can click on number to view the next page.

Is there any standard way to achieve the same or we have to go to the web dynpro development of standard UI ??

Hi Shubh,

at the moment this is not available. Also the Function Modules in the backend are not really capable to handle such a paging.

So this would require some coding in the backend and frontend.

Hi Shubh,

I don't think we have standard option to achieve "Page Navigation" as of now.  Currently, we can set only display rows in inline box which we need to scroll down to display 10, 20, 30 or 50 based on our display row settings in "Open Settings Dialog".

As per my understanding, you need to create custom component controller to achieve this.  This is a bit of extra development require and there is SCN General Webdynpro Navigation document.
