Maximum runtime exceeded error

Hi Experts,

While at the SPAM updating, during the phase of "AUTO_MOD_SPAU" after some time, the process is automatically stopped.

Can any one help me in this , i have doing these steps for days??

Good day. I changed the process now to btc. Wll keep u posted with the updates.

Check the OCS job in sm37

Hi Pavan,

When i changed from dialog from btc, the following screen appeared.

Then after i checked it in sm37, the import is started.

hopes it will finish this time.

Hi Pavan,

Yesterday also it went wrong. ie, the same error, ie Maximum runtime exceeded.

I started the same process one more time. i will keep u posted the details of results.

some prob with the DB.

[ASE Error SQL1105]Can't allocate space for object               |

|     'syslogs' in database 'PCD' because 'logsegment' segment is full/has no free                 |

|     extents

Plz check the below note & try to clear it first.

Hi Pavan,

Thanks for your reply.

After some time, the spam upgrade has been successfully completed. The issue was there beacuse there was no space in device. Then we extended the device space.

After half an hour, the upgrade have been completed.
