the gun MC3190 always shrill and shutdown

when we scan barcodes under ITS web , the gun(Motorola MC3190) always shrill and shutdown, then reboot.

but if we use this gun to scan with IE web which created by .NET, it is well.

What generation style was used to generate the templates that are being called by

the ITSMobile Service: "PGI"

i use the Style "MOBILE4" to generate the templates.

i checked the system log in SM21 after gun reboot, there is only unuseful infomations as :

10:34:20 DIA  016 800 150011 ZBR9           R2 G HTTP/RFC session has been deleted following timeout

10:34:20 DP                                 Q0 G Request (type DIA) cannot be processed

And no error info in SMICM .

You will probably need to increase the ICM trace level to see trace entry's in the DEV_ICM trace file.

i think it's the memory overflow in WINCE.

?
