Activating Business Functions

Before we activate below business functions, do we really need to disable all batch jobs? I am hesitant to disable all batch jobs since many processes will be affected.

Business function CRM_ANA_BOB is active in SAP Solution Manager.

Business function FND_ANALYTICS_TOOLS is a prerequisite

No, it's not mandatory to disable all batch jobs - although you take the risk that some batch jobs may fail when new coding is added in the system.
