100 users unable to logon

Hai,

Users are unable to login so what would be the main reason could any body help me

ajay,

How about you provide us some more details regarding the issue?

Such as...

what kind of system they are logging into

have you checked the users validity date

verified password is active

user not locked

and so on...

Hi,

This is basically because of the work processes if it's a ABAP system and server nodes in case of a java based system.

So increase them and hope it helps you else update this page with last few lines of your trace files.

Also check if any logon group is defined or not. If so then check in transaction SMLG if it's working properly.

Ensure that the client you are logging is not locked.

Also tell me the exact error you are getting...if the above given things doesnot help.
