Hi ,
We have scenario - where in we use billing plans ( with quarterly billing rule ) for contract .
Suppose we generate a settlement period -
for last settlement period , I want to make the price zero , as we want to give free service for last month . I am looking a way to do it ?
I was thinking to make use of billing block , but still it keeps the price for 86.83 .
Reason I want to make it to zero is that , when i do this , I want to generate an output from contract and send a letter stating that for this period we are giving you at zero cost .
Please suggest .
Regards,
Pranshu
Hi,
Have a try on this:
Note that there is a field called 'pricing (type)' in date category maintenance menu in SPRO, which to my understanding, gives user an opportunity to re-determine the pricing which is to be applied in each period in periodic billing plan (on the basis of the original pricing from the sales item), so try to apply a pricing type which could set all condition values to zero, if not found, maybe you can define one for your own...
