WSDL Error - Policy Tag

Hi All,
I have created a WSDL using SOAMANAGER. But I am not able to load the same under ESR because of the policy tags in the WSDL.

The error is as follows :-

Unable to convert imported document to WSDL

Reason:

Element "Policy" is not permitted in the "/definitions/portType  elementCheck selected category

I also referred the blog in SDN :- http://scn.sap.com/community/pi-and-soa-middleware/blog/2010/03/19/wsdl-wspolicy--what-is-it-und-how...

But with the new wizard I am not able to find this option and try this solution. Is there any other way or any setting needed to get rid of the policy tag.
