SQL Server 2012/win server 2012 install with solman 7.1 SR1

Team,

We going to install the solman 7.1 SR1 with sql server 2012/win server 2012  with SWPM to one of the company.

What is the procedure to install solman 7.1 SR1?

Whether I need to install the database before install the solman. or It will ask the installation time to install the database path using SWPM.

Give the Procedure to install step by step Software packages to install SOLMAN 7.1 SR1.

Kindly anyone suggest the correct one.

5. Environment variables etc.

6  Database server install (install MS standard  or SAP script (SWPM))

7. Database Server patching

8. SAP install (Prep, CI, DI etc..)
