Configuring "Bidding Format" in Auction module SAP Sourcing 10

Dear Experts,

I have a question about Bidding Format. The requirement is to create Japanese type of auction. Is it possible to edit or add new Bidding Format in auction type configuration tab:

Alternatively, I would get a Japanese auction, if I changed direction of "Dutch bidding" format to reverse. Do you know if this is possible?

Hi Dominik,

The Bidding Formats are pre-configured.  I'm afraid that you can't add a new one.  You also cannot change the direction of a Dutch Bidding Format.  Once you select Dutch as the Bidding Format, the configuration options to change the direction (Reverse or Forward) are no longer available.

Can you provide some additional information about what you are trying to do?  Perhaps we have some other options but we would need to understand more of the detail.
