Unable to enter Planned Receipt Key figure in SMI Monitor

Hello Experts,

I am trying to create planned receipt in SMI Monitor but getting following error.

"No Source Location can be found for product XXXX at Ship-to location XXX"

Also a warning: Creating planned receipt is not possible: delivery date is in past

Have already maintained Transportation lane between source "Vendor" to Destination "Customer".

Please help.

Hi Ravi,

You need to CIF the contract from ECC to SNC.

Once you CIF the contract then transportation lane in SNC will be created automatically.(transaction code: /N/SAPAPO/SCC_TL1)

Enter model=000,Start location=Supplier location,Dest.location=plant.

Check here transportation lane is created with contract here.

Also create means of transport here.(means of transport is manual step for supplier,plant combination)

Hi Nikhil,

I have maintained TL and Means of transport.

But issue still existing.

Can this issue be with some validation checking or planning object structure?

Not sure just want direction.

Hi Ravi,

You will get error "No Source Location can be found for product XXXX at Ship-to location XXX" when system is not able get supplier location(source location).

One of the reason is transportation lane which is not valid.

Can you check you contract is valid and not mark as deleted.

Hi Nikhil,

Contract is in valid date range.

How to check if previous contract if any maintained earlier is set for deletion.

It may happen TL is still picking old contract?
