Hi All,

I got a reply from SAP.

Implement these two notes: 1468596 and 1872066 to fix the program: BTCAUX18.

Hi Dennis,

May be the resource were not free, or your program required an exclusive lock which was already in hold by another object. There can be many reasons behind it. If the job is running fine and it's OK. Also, try to schedule this jobs in off-peak hours or check with other processes/jobs are running when this job was executed.

Hi Divyanshu,

It is weird that both jobs are delayed "10 minutes". Also, these jobs are scheduled to run every 3 minutes for ASRS system so it is vital to make sure there is no delays.

Have you checked what was happening during those 10 minutes ?

The answer should be in that slot only.

Have you tried finding out what was happening in those 10 mins ?

The answer surely is in that time frame.

Hi Divyanshu,

Not a clue. There are dozens of background jobs running at that time frame but they are ok.

And these jobs running every 3 minutes and they are also ok most of the time.

It occurs intermittently. ( not on a specific job, not at a specific time)

That's so weird.
