BTORGSET Block doesnt appear in CRM UI

Hello Experts, when I add the BTORGSET (Organizational Data) block to the CRM_UI to any operation (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests), it doesn't appear, somebody could help me?, I already made the reset to default thing and ran the program BSP_DLC_DELETE_PERSONALIZATION, without any success.
