After complex table parameter changes getting error for Pernr for syclo configpanle

Dear All , I have made changes in syclo config panle in application parameter value from 720 to 0 . And that request copy from 100 client to 400 but then i am started getting error like you personal no not assign to your ID but my orders are assign based on 6-operation level . When i change complex table parameters changes then i can see below things are in customization request /SYCLO/MOBILEAPP_SETTING /SYCLO/CA000 /SYCLO/CA000P /SYCLO/CA000S /SYCLO/CA000X But after copy request in 400 cliant it stop working and asking perner not assing even though seeting is with 6-operation level workcenter . apart from that i have not done any changes . Can you please provide some suggestion ? its very critical situation for me and strage behavior. Thanks & Regards , Kunal Varaiya

To be me issue seems related to data set-up  than config. panel changes. Check if you have assigned your SAP user ID to an existing HR Personnel Number using the Communication infotype (0105) in client 400.

Dear Manju , Thanks for quick replay ... But regarding pernr before changes it was working perfectly fine but after change of ctPart complex table value suddenly started giving pernr not assigned . here i just copy customizing request to 400 client and inside request i can see below table only 1)/SYCLO/CA000 2)/SYCLO/CA000P 3)/SYCLO/CA000S 4)/SYCLO/CA000X  so , do you think once i copy request to 400 client pernr remove from my SAP user id . my syclo config panel settings is for work order assignment based on operaion level work center not with pernr . so still do i need to assign sap is with pernr if its not there . and as i said it was working fine before i copy transport through scc1 to 400 client . can you please provide some suggestion ? its so critical for me with customer system . My answer is based on error message what i saw on your 1st posting. Why can't you  check whether  SAP PERNR is assigned to your  SAP user id in client 400?  It is possible that someone changed the assignment in PA30.

I  still think  transporting config. panel changes from one client to another client  shouldn't cause error message your  getting.

Dear Manju , Thanks for reply ... i have assign pernr to my SAP userid started running application in ATE then i can able to download nottification but no workorders are coming . after i have done analysis in congif panel (after request copy). Thare are some Client globals in Dr 400 and quality server are different . like DR 400 Wo.AssignmentType is 1 and Q 100 Wo.Assignment type is 6 . So as per configuration actually i am downloading workorders based on assignment type is 6 only and its working in quality fine . So , do you think because of Client globals different value i cant download data in DR400 will it make any differences . Note : Before copy request it was working but forgot to check client globals value in DR400. Can you provide some suggestion on it ? Thanks & Regards , Kunal Varaiya
