Hello,

I assume this is error message AI_CRM_IM_ICT_EXCH044.

This has only come up once or twice before. I can share with you what solution was provided in those cases and if you want someone to take a look at the issue on your system you can open an Incident in OSS in component SV-SMG-SUP-ISV.

First of all make sure you do not still have the background job RNOTIFUPDATE07 scheduled as per KBA 1658595. If it is not scheduled here is the information given in the previous case:

In previous cases there was a data inconsistency in the system.

"For an OSS message there was a ZMIS ticket created but also see the basic notification
for the same message, which should not exist for ZMIS documents.

We only use basic notification for our old transaction type SLFN/SIVA. However, I'm not able to find the corresponding SLFN/SIVA document in the system.

So the question is: where do the basic notifications come from, since ZMIS itself does not generate new basic notifications?

I guess you were using SLFN/SIVA transaction type in another system.
When you have a message, you synchronized the message to both systems.

Now in the migration, you migrated part of the data from that system by mistake.

If you are in this case, I advise you to delete the basic notifications.
The following notes are for your reference:
566225 - Report to delete the basis notifications with deletion flag
1329247 - Archiving Solution Manager Service Desk messages

Please ignore the second step in the solution of 1329247, because you
do not have the service process document (SLFN/SIVA document) in CRM."

All the best,

James
