Repository Object Sync job for LDAP Connector

Hi All,

Repository Object Sync job for LDAP Connector (LDAP_AD) is not returning any records and also we cannot see the user details under NWBC—Access Request.

The repository sync job completes successfully, but is not getting any data.

We are on GRCFND_A V1100 -SP05 and i have don all the configuration for LDAP as per standard document.

When we Find the entry from LDAP tcode cn=xxxxxxx, then we are able to see the data.

But sync is not bringing any data and NWBC is not showing the user details.

first check your GRACUSER table is updated or not.

might be issue with buffer overflow.

go to ldap tcode then ldap connector , then select connector and make pagesize from 0 to 200

then run the job

Hello,

Please have a look below SCN link, its contains few Notes.

Note: 1947157 - User Search is not working when multiple LDAPs are configured as data source

Note: 1947157 has a PDF, settings needs to be done as per that.

After doing all these for me: Access request was not able to fetch the user data so I performed below steps:

(However I did check all the setting, which was perfect as per recommendations):

Step:

1) TCODE: LDAP
2) than Server name and Connector was CORP in our case, hence put that in space and click on Logon
3) you enter different screen: check on Use system user and than execute

if this successful only than Access request will fetch the data else you need to reset password of LDAP user id, i.e. CN=_________ .

do let me know if this resolve the issue.
