Modify E-Mail content for ROS self registration

Dear SRM Expert,

Can you please suggest how to change following

1.Modify the content of the email sent to supplier at the time of initial registration with questionnaires  URL?

We checked but did not help

Dear supplier,

You have recently registered yourself as a potential supplier in supplier

self-services. To complete your supplier profile, it is necessary that you fill out

one or more qualification questionnaires. Please find below the URL to process

the questionnaires online.

2.We want to disable the mail notification to the supplier for User ID/PW creation during

Hi Shuvrajyoti,

I assume you have enabled customizing switch SRM_701_SUCO_SUP_REG.

1. You can use following SPRO customizing:

Supplier Collaboration
Supplier Self-Registration
E-Mail Notification Settings
Define E-Mail Body Settings

(table /sapsrm/c_email)

to define your own smartform for notification process QUESTIONNAIRE_URL_SEND. The standard smartform is /SAPSRM/SUCO_NOTIF, you can use this a basis to create your own.

2. Please set the check box for 'No Notification of Registration' in SPRO:

Supplier Self-Services

Master Data

Make Settings for Business Partners
