Multilevel cateogrization: cateogrization schema is disabled for service requests

Hi Team

I have created the categorization schema for service requests in solman system, it is in activated status now but when I am trying to create a new service request my categorization schema is disabled. I had checked my personalized settings and enable the drop downs as suggested in other scn posts but it did not help and I had all the required roles. Please help.

Hello,

On the top node, please check if you have assigned your categorization schema to an Application Area.

Rishav it has been assigned to the Z or Y transaction type that you use?

Yes, It had been assigned to Z transaction and same had been maintained while creating the categorization schema.
