Price "update" field in condition tab

Dear All,

I have a requirement, price update field in condition tab of sales document should be gray out for some users at header and item level( in VA01 and VA02) ,the filed should be disable for some users. Is there any user exit to full fill this requirement or any other solution can be applied, Please  suggest.
