SOLMAN SETUP - LMDB Sync

Dear Community,

Im installing SOLMAN 7.1 SP04 in my company, during the Set up LMDB step, I can go foward because LMDB SLD Synchronisation failed.

Informations I entered :

Configure object server : "active"

(with correct slddsuser password)

My default profile :

Error message I get:

The step try an other time but failed again and never stop.

I have followed SAP notes solutions : 1753601 and 1932664 without result.

I didn't find more help that why I m creating this discussion. Please help me...

Can you share the complete job logs ?

Also, if you have just installed solman why haven't updated it latest stack to fix known issues ?

I didn't update to the last stack because I need to access to MOPZ as soon as possible in order to generate XML to update an other SAP System.

Do you think that SP could be the cause of my error ?

Few things that you should do 1st.

1. Update CIM/CR content.

2. Update your stack.

If there are know issues for SP04, then they are fixed with higher stack.

I would suggest go for SP12 and don't do much in your new built system so that you can quickly update your stack and fix know bugs.

I would like to, but some of SPAM update failed or never finish.

For exemple this package :

Can't be updated, while all needed packages are OK.

Get the Stack.xml generated for solman and use SUM to update.
