Need Help: Test Package disappearing in ChaRM

Hi All,

We are running Solman 7.1 SP11. We are about to roll out the ChaRM project.

Currently I am facing a problem where my test package is disappearing every time I change the state.

For example, I attached a test package when the state is "To be Tested". The test package is there when I save it.

But as soon as I change the state to "Confirm Successful Test" the test package disappeared.

This was working fine in Development. Any Idea how can I solve this?

Hi All,

This had been resolved by updating this note 2000479 to the latest version which is version 19.
