Hi,

Specific users are encountering blank screen upon displaying report in T&E portal. Please advise.

SAP Managed Tags:
NW AS Java Administrator (NWA)

Please ask user to run any other transaction and if does not works may be the GUI needs to be installed properly on user's system.

noted what you mean by other transaction and is it version of gui please confirm

I mean, are the specific users are not able to access only a particular report ? please do check if they are able to access any other tcode (trips, personnel area, etc)

1. if system gives the same response then re-install GUI according to your SAP version.

2. If the issue is only with this single report, then please ensure to input the correct data in initial screen(input parameters).

This is likely to be an authorisations issue. Do these users have the appropriate roles in the backend system?
