Number of messages, Output

Hello,

Few new output types are created with transmission medium as printout.

Outputs (printouts) have been triggered multiple times in billing document but still the Number of messages NAST-ANZAL = 0

Why?

What configuration is responsible for this field?

Came upon this old thread whilst looking at a brand new one similar to this:

If a document is printed multiple times manually, for each and every one of those prints a new line is added to NAST table. If NAST-ANZAL is set to a value to get more copies while printing, then only one line is added to NAST.

You'd mentioned "Outputs (printouts) have been triggered multiple times in billing document but still the Number of messages NAST-ANZAL = 0" -> Were the multiple times printed billing documents triggered separately? If that's so, I see no problem with that at all.

Business is working with VF01 (not VF31)

Can you tell what configuration is responsible for NAST-ANZAL?
