Repair Sales order Special Stock Flaging Wrongly

Hi

I am using Customer Service Depot repair scenario.

I receive serial No -1 with return delivery. Stock is flagged as sales order special stock (E) . 

But after repair I need to dispatched another serial number -2 customer.  When I dispatch another serial number -2 by changing serial number in outbound delivery item it allows me. But as soon as outbound delivery created "sales order special stock" vanishes. as stock is not tracked by serial no.  but quantity.

Material / Serial No -1 status is "ESTO - To Warehouse" but is does not allow transfer posting movement 411-E.

My requirement is to retrieve serial no-1 received from customer. Refurbished it and  make available as unrestricted stock  for further use.

Please suggest allowed SAP movement types for this scenario.

hi,

When you are trying to assign new serial number, as a prerequisite check the serial number status,

1. It should be ALVB

2. Post the stock using 561 movement with special stock category E

it is not required to post the stock from 412 E
