Hi, in edit claim (expert mode)
On header level of claim there is no button "Maintain Subclaims", anybody know what we should customize to be able manually create subclaim?
We already have coverages, subclaims assigned to internal claim types and screen sequence done (expert mode) for "Maintain Subclaims"
Thank you!

Issue solved
SAP Fcodes (e.g. ICLB_SUBCLMAINT for subclaim creation) are defined in Tab. TICL096.
To make them available as pushbuttons etc. needs extra customizing in Tab. TICL098
ICLIMG -> Claim -> Technical Settings -> Process Control via Display of Function Codes -> Configure Display of Function Codes: mark entry with process='+', node cat. = '0', fcode=ICLB_SUBCLMAINT
-> go to 2nd. level "Control of FCodes for Context Menu/Push Buttons" and make a new entry

Hi,
I can see the button "Maintain Subclaims" at the header level of the claim in the screenshot provided by you.
The "Maintain Subclaims" button which is a subclaim maintenance button can be used to create the subclaims manually in expert mode (ICLCDC02). This will pull up all the available coverages for the policy against which subclaim can be created as shown below, provided you have done the configuration right.
You have not mentioned whether you have configured the subclaim type or not. When you create a subclaim you must specify a subclaim type. This subclaim type thus controls which rules to apply in processing of the subclaim.
Thanks

p.s. it was screenshot from SAP course FS335
This one from our system and there is no button "Maintain Subclaims", all main customizing done, but anyway we missed something about it

Hi,
Have you configured the screen sequence for subclaim? Here you may need to define the screen sequence along with;
1) Subclaim Type
2) Node Category ( it shall be good if you define the node category in series for e.g. you have last used the node category 8 for damaged objects in Claim Header hence you can use node category as 9 for subclaims)
3) Claim Handler Group Name
4) Subclaim Type Name
5) Description ( of screen sequence)
Thanks

Hi,
Perhaps you can try the following;
1) Remove the indicator : Always Create Subclaim, and try.
2) Check the authorization for the user id you are using if it restricts you from viewing the button. Assigning SAP_ALL profile might help.
3) Raise OSS message with SAP where you shall be advised to implement the correction instructions or import the relevant Support Package to resolve this...if this is really a system issue ... usually this button appears at header level as a std.
Without knowing what all you have customized or the way you have designed the FSCM system ... it is quite tedious to root out the cause

Thank you for replies!
indicator 'Always Create Subclaim' does not affect this
and my profile with SAP_ALL ...
