Communication Channel Unsupported Error

Hi Experts,

    My Scenario is JMS(mq-fte) TO JMS(mq-fte) , the receiver channel is successfully connected to the target queue , but when i am tiggering a message from Runtime Work Banch , every time it is showing the below error message

ERROR :-

Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.adapter.jms.api.connector.ConnectorException: Connector for ConnectionProfile of channel: CC_JMS_IN_MIMI_MTD_Q_Shipon node: 2970450 having object id: bfbf209c54483742bab6fb2c421a58db encountered error: MQJMS1016: an internal error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.          In this case   after triggering the message every time i am doing   stop and start the channel, then the message is successfully processed into the queue.

          Help me to overcome from this  STOP and START the channel every time to process the message and please suggest me if there is any  perminent solution to fix this Issue?
