unable to create a change request with ZMCR

Hi Experts,

we are unable to create a Change Request with the Transaction Type ZMCR.

We get the Error Message:

In Solman Setup 3.5 - Maintain Transaction Type:

The Z-Transaction Type are get the Channel "CRM UI".

The S-Transaction Type get the Channel "None"

All S-Transaction Types are copy in Z-Transactions Types.

Kindley let me know if anyone have any idea!

Thanks a lot!

Beate

The solution was to delete the transaction type ZMCR from IT Service Management (In Solman Setup 3.5 - Maintain Transaction Type). The transaction type ZMCR is only in Change Request Management configured (Solman Setup).

Thanks for you help!

Hi Beate,

This issue is for sure because of the auth. object CRM_ORD_PR as Kamil mentioned above.

Please check a) if the role you showing on the screen shot is generated and b) if that role is assigned to the user you testing it with.

Hi Beate,

I think you may not have defined the transaction types correctly.

While I am not overly familiar with this area, I think you need to go to ITSM in Solman_setup and from there go to step 2.2.

Here there are a number of headers that you can use to define the transaction.

I hope this helps.

Kind Regards

Hi Michael,

i have checked in Solman setup and the Transaction types are implemented.
The transaction Type ZMCR ist set with Channel "CRM UI" but we get a Error: "This transaction type may not work as a intended for IT Service Management"

Do you know the problem?

Thanks a lot!
