Hi All,

Issue:

When user access request was raised for a company "Hungry" and after it was approved by the role owner. request is being routed to the escape failed provisioning path.

System is able to create a user in the CUA system but its failing to provisioning a roles to the user.

This issue have been occurring for this company only and For reset of the companies user provisioning is occurring without any issue.

If any of you have come across this issue? If so please assist.

Thank you,

Eswar

Hi Eswar,

Company Hungry  (in your case) is not correctly maintained in your GRC and backend environments. That's the reason role ia not getting provisioned and the access request is going to escescape route.

Have you recently upgraded to your support packs.?

You need to be sure if address foe this particular company is correctly maintained in SUCOMP in all environments.

Kindly paste of the snap shots from GRC and target connector for this company address.

Ameet

Hi Eswar

Are you able to check the following directly in the system:

  1. CUA Transaction SCUG - check distribution status of the company address you are trying to assisgn for the child system having an issue.
  2. SU01 test update (create a test user if you are allowed and delete once done). Assign it to the company address you are attempting to use and see if it distributes

These tests will identify if the issue is with the SAP CUA and child system as opposed to the GRC component

Also, you might want to check out this post as it was related to a similar error with company address in SU01

It's probably worth mentioning your support pack levels for further assistance.

Hi Eswar,

Is the company's entry there in GRC system's SPRO settings and backend system's SUCOMP? And can you check that they do match?

Thanks
