I want system to check deliveries volume and vehicle volume and if deliveries volume more than vehicle volume gives an error, what system do is only checking weight.
Check your Shipment document type configuration settings. In proposal area you will find relevant settings. again you may set planning profile and routine to finetune it.
In proposal area volume is CDM and in vehicle volume also is CDM so unit of measure is the same so while creating shipment document system doesn't check volume.
