Hi folks,
I know about the existing integration between SolMan ITSM Service Desk and HP Service Manager. I guess this is mainly used for triggering incident tickets, bi-directional.
However, is this possible with change tickets as well? E.g. change ticket created in HP SM trigger the creation of a SAP ChaRM ticket and the status of both tickets is kept in sync.
Is this possible and is there any documentation about it?

Not possible, ITSM is the main gate keeper for incidents and then for change requests CHARM will play its role but we do not have direct connection from HPSM to charm. More documentation is available on SMP.

We are right now using own Web Service integration HPSM - ITSM solman. And its working perfectly.
