Background Task Status in the following error appears:

Does anyone know why this error happens?

What would that NATIVE ID?

Hi Sheila,

Every workflow gets assigned a native id. Just by looking at the exception, it's hard to tell what exactly is causing the problem. There could be several reasons. I think it might be easier if you could create a message with SAP and provide a detailed description of the problem and also attach the xpdl and the debug logs.
