Hello I need some guidance in finding manager's Manager.

My requirement need Manager,s Manager as approver of request.

Hi Prasant,

What is the construct of your environment? The user data source is LDAP or HR?

If it is HR then probably you can try double DBlookup. However if it is LDAP I am not very sure if BRFplus would help.

hello,

my user authentication is LDAP we have 3 ldap connected

and details data source is HR system again 3 HR system.

trying to understand how to proceed with DB lookup and if 2 db lookup required how to use that.
