CRM interaction center and IE compability mode

Hi all,

I'm not a CRM expert. We have a problem with som parts of the CRM Interaction center (nw 7.3). Most of the pages work fine with IE 9 and 10, however, the ones with BSP's gives an error about activating compability mode and rendering problems.

I tried to change compability mode in IE 10, however it's not working (also changed in developer mode F12). When I look at the html source for the BSP's which gives an error, it says: " http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE9". For the rest of the pages in IC, it says: "X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7".

Do you guys know where this is defined?

Hi,

We got reply from SAP. To force browser to emulate IE8 mode with SAP: set user parameter

CRM_THTMLB_IE_COMP with value IE8.

Can't believe how simple that was!

Have you check the option in Tools menu "Display all websites in Compatibility view "?
