issue solved by scheduling standard jobs in pi
SAP_XMB_PERF_AGGREGATE
SAP_XMB_PERF_REORG
as per note 820622
after these jobs execute run report SXMS_XI_AUDIT_DISPLAY from se38 to view data

You mean to say how much data has been processed by PI system in a month?
in this case you can go to performance monitoring and get the statistics.
