Hi,
My company recently installed Personas 3.0. Here below the parameters of services applicable to Personas and ITS sizing checks when running Personas health check. It looks like all parameters are green except from the first 2 ones of ITS sizin gchecks which are yellow.
However, I've got inconsistent Personas behaviours:
- On Chrome, when I create a new flavour, I can assign a background image through the Home/Assign image button as shown on SMEN flavor tutorials. It's displayed correctly. However, as soons as I click on Save and Exit button and display the flavour on Display mode, the background image ins't displayed.
- On IE 9, the Home/Assign Button doesn't assign any picture at all even If I can see them on the dialog mode of the assign button and even if I can assign them through the menu Insert / Assign Image.
- When assigning an Image through Menu/Assign Image and transaction buttons on a SMEN flavor, if I:
*click on a transaction button (let's say VA03 - sales order display),
*enter a sales order number then click on the back arrow,
then 2 screens overlaps (the SMEN flavor and the VA03 screens).
Does anyone has any clue ?
Thanks,
Christophe

You need to change the following parameters:
Go to RZ11 for temporary change (doesn't require restart) or add them to RZ10 profile parameter so they don't get reset when restarting (requires restart):
1) change em/global_area_MB from 410MB to at least 1024 MB to 2048 MB
2) change ztta/diag_area from 250000 to a minimum of 2000000
These should take care of your errors

Hello,
I have reviewed the screenshot regarding the patch level 22. I cannot locate the DW_22-20012222.sar file.
Can you please provide the menu path to be able to download these patches. I have searched in the following path SAP Kernel 7.42 64-Bit Unicode -> Windows on X64 64Bit -> Database independent and do not get the same file name
Please confirm what is the correct file, the title i see now in that section is called SAPMC

Hi Sushant,
Most recent patch level (22) has been implemented successfully.
I tried to follow up SMEN first screen youtube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8cvF7w1qDc). Unfortunately, the Assign Image button from Home menu still doesn't work properly:
On IE 9, it's impossible to assign any image from there.
On Chrome, Assign Image button (from Home menu) is always greyed out when I try to assign background image on any transaction.
When I assign background image on a zone, I can't later unassign it (Unassign button doesn't show up) even if the image is displayed.
Stretch and Upload buttons from Home menu don't work either.
It's all the stranger as Theme functionnalities and Assign Image from Insert menu are working properly.
Any Idea ?
Christophe
hello,
Please update your kernel patch level to the latest present in service market place.

Sushant
