Hi
I am using GRC AC 10 SP13.
Please can someone assist in the correct entries in the "Assign group field mapping" in order to map a custom field to a specific SU01 Parameter ID.
This is the setting in SPRO under "Maintain Mapping for Actions and Connector Groups".
There are two custom fields (BURKS and WERK) we have created correctly, and are able to map these to certain system fields (e.g. Nickname, Initials) such that when the custom fields are populated, these update the system fields in SU01 master.
However, we actually wish to map these fields to specific SU01 parameters (parameter tab), but this is not working correctly, such that updating the custom field, updates the SU01 parameter. I am not sure of the values to include in the fields for System Field Name, Table Name and Subtype.
-BURKS should be mapped to SU01 parameter BUK
-WERKS should be mapped to SU01 parameter WRK
Custom fields have been created as per notes below and appear to be working (pulling into custom data tab)

The field mappings only maps to SU01 fields. you need to set up and configure the user default BRF+application to manage actual parameter field values within a user profile? there are a few documents and guides on the scn to help you understand how to set this up to work as part of your grc access request provisioning workflow.

Hi Don,
As per my understanding SU01 Parameters can be handled using user defaults and not via custom fields.
For using user defaults, would need to have predefined parameters set up in the user defaults for each default ID. And then use a BRF plus user default rule to read your custom field in request form and return an appropriate default ID to the provisioning. When provisioning the parameters would be added to the SU01 record.
Thanks
