Does ChaRM generate deliverable documents?

Hello guys,

     I've never used ChaRM (but i will be implementing it in the near future), and our client is asking if it does generate any type of deliverable documents to archive in binders? If so, what type of documentation?

Hi Martim,

as far as i know there is no such posibillity in standard ChaRM. All necessary documentation is within the ChaRM tickets, so i guess so there is no need for a print out from the SAP point of view.

There is a print option for ChaRM tickets, but currently it does not work.

But it is possible to create a smartfrom and use it for PDF creation / print of a ChaRM ticket with custom development.

     Thanks for the clarification, i'm guessing that a custom development should be done also to convert reports to PDF's, right?
