Excel template is not getting updated in SOLAR02

hi

we are trying to upload a document template for the existing document type ( XLS file )  . the document template is correctly uploaded in the project administration - > project templates -> implementation projects - > document types

its declared as " global  doc "

but when we access the template from solar02 - test case tab  using create document option ,  the template is not reflecting as uploaded in the project administration. its opening a blank excel sheet.

Note : we have uploaded some documents using the document type.

Any help to solve these issue to get the document template

its resolved by running the report SOLAR_DOCTYPE_TEMPLATE_CLEANUP
