Hi,
I'm setting up CHARM on our solman 7.1 and I'm getting following error:
Steps to get it:
1. create change request (type urgent correction) using transaction CHARM_CREATE
2. open transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR
3. open newly created change request
4. approve this change request
5. save
6. error pops up, but new urgent correction is created anyway
Could you help me to get rid of this popup?
Regards,
Martin
Hi Martin,
i think i have seen an error like this before.
In my case it was caused by an COMMIT_WORK in a custom PPF action.
Please check your called PPF actions if they contain any COMMIT_WORK statements and delete those (COMMIT_WORK is called by the framework at the end of processing).
Hope this helps,
Christoph

My fault, this approach was so wrong. I tried to use same procedure that I was used to on solman 7.01 and it became obsolete in solman 7.1.
Also in screenshot of my original post, you can see Change Request (Old), which truly was old type of crm transaction SDCR and urgent correction was SDHF...
In new solman7.1 there are similar transactions with names strating with SM... like SMHF. -those are the current ones.
also entry point is transaction SM_CRM or CRM_UI, not old CHARM_CREATE.
when using web ui, there is no such error (referring to my original question).
