Hello,
I'm preparing the migration of SAP Portals (NW 7.4) to SAP Hana DB.
For NW AS Java I have to use Classical Migration process, but This process is like as Hetereogeneous system copy, and I´ve to recreate a new system with a different SID that source system. As can migrate without creating a new system with different SID of source system?
Thanks

Are you planning to migrate an SAP Java system to HANA database and have the target system with a different SID ? Yes this can be achieved by doing a heterogeneous system copy.
