Hello everybody
We're on SRM 4.0 with SRM server 5.0 SP08 and CCM 2.0 SP03.
Adding a SC item <b>from catalog</b> and then changeing the delivery date to something wrong, let's say "04.2007" instead of "02.04.2007" leads to a popup dialog box asking to enter a date in the correct format. So far so good... but this dialog box reappears instantly again after clicking it away. So no chance to enter a correct delivery date.
I already tried to debug it but as soon as I activate debugging the value of the delivery date field gets changed back to its value before, thus not a single popup dialog box appears at all. So I'm not able to reproduce this error as soon as debugging is on!
Anyone else seeing this? How to solve it?
BTW: this doesn't happen when adding a SC item <b>from a template</b>!
Thanks for some help on this one
Renaud
Hi
We have faced similar problems earlier in one of our Previous SRM Implementations.
This Pop-up window comes from JavaScript / HTML validation done in the HTML template on the web page.
I remember, we have raised an OSS message for this is a system bug, and SAP has provided an OSS note.Don't remmeber the OSS note number right now.
Anyways, will try to update you soon.
Meanwhile, Try the follwoing OSS notes
<b>1017114 PO Posting date not valid
994810 BBPSC01 Limit Items: Javascript Error on Calendar Use
976533 Changing the "Required on"/"Start Date" in shopping cart

Hi Renaud,
I guess you already have OSS note 886703 implemented as you are in SP08...
Was unable to find more recent note...
Kind regards,
Yann
