SAP GRC10.0 SP15: Action usage job dump_Unable to interpret TSUKAMOTO as a number.

Hello,

I got a dump when I try to view the result of action usage report.

Click the view result, I got the dump:

  • The following error occurred in system GRP : Unable to interpret
    TSUKAMOTO as a number.
  • The error occurred on application server PEKAX239_GRP_00 and in work process
    1 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

Then I run this user's action usage in foreground, I got the same dump:

I checked all the related SAP notes and questions here, no one can be applied on my case.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Lenovo,

We had a similar issue ( the same error message ) although on a different report. Running a Repository 'Full' Sync fixed the issue. Most probably it was a data corruption issue.

Try running the sync in full mode and see if that helps.

Thanks for your reply!

The dump just disappearred without change anything(viariant or selection criteria). I don't know why, maybe some data was corrected after the daily sync job(Incremental node). But the dump is not fixed right after the sync job finished, it's so weird.

Hi Lenovo,

Could you please try running this report without opting any variants, or as Colleen suggested, you can delete the variants and run the report.

You should then be able to see the reports as per your expectations.

Are you using a variant you had saved before you applied support packs? I can see User Id field is selected so it really should be text. Just wondering if something is a bit corrupted in the background

If this is a variant, can you please delete it and relaunch the screen. Then try to run a report. Possibly, limit to a specific transaction code without the asterisks (choose appropriate option for equal/etc).

If not, an you cannot run this report in any way (i.e. choose different selection criteria) then you will need to raise a customer message with SAP to get it investigated.
