Unable to do PGI

Hi Experts,

Couid you please suggest any one what is reason PGI (DESADV) IDOC failed errror

Qty ( 5.000 ) of material 0000000001xxxx  to be packed is greater than
the open qty 4.000

Message no. HUDIALOG400

Diagnosis

The quantity that is to be packed may not be greater than the quantity that
is still open in the delivery (quantity that is not packed).

Procedure

Enter the partial
quantity allowed by the system.

Please review KBA 1718706 which will provide further information on the error you are getting

1718706 - HUDIALOG400 Qty (XX) of material ZZZ to be packed is greater than the open qty YY

Error message clearly status that there is a mismatch in between the pack quantity and open quantity

Please check the quantity which needs to be packed(from IDoc)  vs delivery quantity (in the delivery document)
