Hi Kavitha

Ps. post SUM logs, meanwhile, swap out kernel to latest version. i suggest download again (only kernel) from service market place and retry SUM.

Giri,

SUM could not able to handle its SAPCAR version. I replaced with new SAPCAR version in the kernel (SUM/ABAP/EXE) and also everytime when it refreshes the files. That way I could overcome the error.

Thanks,

Kavitha Rajan.

Hi Kavitha

1. What is the version of SAP & OS /DB version ?

2. Have you downloaded the right kernel files?
