Hello SRM Expert,
System:
SRM 5.0
Classic Scenario
Problem:
We create a PR in EBP, after running the report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP the Java Applet for following docs show that:
+
SC 100044807/1 Document create
PR 200014509/10
PO 4500257551/10 archived
+The Archiving PO entry will be gone after running the report BBP_GET_STATUS_2. How can I switch off this archiving functionality, because in the old release SRM 3.0 we don´t had this and we don´t need this. The archived PO number doesn´t exist in Backend.
Kind Regards
Axel
Hi Axel,
See these links
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm50/helpdata/en/7e/c8df3b6ac34b44e10000000a114084/frameset.htm
Under this URL see how to Configure the system for document archieving.
Check your configuration if it is correct then run the Report BBP_GET_STATUS_2.
I think this will work .
with regards,
mahesh

Hi
<b>You can make the Customizing settings for basis configuration of data archiving in the IMG:
SAP Web Application Server -> System Administration -> Data Archiving</b>
<u>To archive data from customer tables, it is not necessary to modify the document-specific archiving objects. Instead, you can use the BAdI BBP_ARCHIVING_BADI. For more information, see the system documentation for the BAdI BBP_ARCHIVING_BADI and associated methods.</u>
<i>Refer OSS Note 726509 - SRM archiving: Archiving of R/3 documents with SRM reference</i>
