Shadow Instance stopped during MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG of Pre-processing

    Hi Everyone,

I am upgrading my Production ERP system to EHP 7 now and got stuck in the MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG of Pre-Processing as the Shadow Instance does not start.
Please check the below log and kindly advise the possible ways to fix this issue as early as possible

If the shadow instance is not running the check the trace files of the shadow instance (dev_w0)

Have you tried to start the shadow instance manually ?

Hi, I did check that and tried manual start but that did not help .kindly find the attached dev_w0 log

Could you refer the SAP Note for Error msg

The C stack trace shows issue is with the kernel.

Update the shadow system kernel and if possible restart the Windows.

Start the SAP primary and shadow system and see if that helps.

after applying latest Disp+work , the shadow instance came up !!
