But 1 print is running from long time and users could not print anymore.

Hi chandrashekar,

Hope you are doing good.

Review the following Notes for how the engine behaves when multiple spool workprocesses are configured:

note 118057 - Flexible Configuration of the Spool Service

note 108799 - How many spool work processes for each instance?

Are you certain that the "rdisp/wp_no_spo_Fro_max" parameter was set correctly.

Thank you!

Hello Both,

rdisp/wp_no_spo_Fro_max =1

Printer type:local

In our case 1 process occupied, all other are free and unable to print.

do we have any parameter to distribute the work process which are free

Hi Chandra

1. For your current issue kindly refer the SAP KBA for you all query's answers are available

2033658 - Spools stuck in status "Waiting for output formatter"

2. To avoid this you can use the SAP Sprint method it can be used all the 6 spool workprocess

SAPSprint Service - SAP Printing Guide (BC-CCM-PRN) - SAP Library
