Register Web Dispatcher in Solman SLD

Dear SAP Experts,

I have problem in registering SAP web dispatcher in Solman. The purpose of this is enabling system monitoring.

I was followed some references that suggest me to register using SLDREG and its seems successfull when the result below was appeared.

But when i check in technical system, there is no SAP Web dispatcher.

Please help to solve my problem.

I have checked in my solman system, it should be ok with LMDB configurations in solman, i have one question about information below:

SAP Web Dispatcher (WEBDISP)

There is a data supplier, but it does not deliver product information, as of version 7.2. You must add the product information in LMDB.

is this related with adding system in SLD or adding production information in solman SLD? when i add technical system (SAP Web dispatcher) using LMDB, still no system detected in solman SLD.

Is there anything should i check?

My objective of this is to enable system monitoring of sap web dispatcher in CA wily. so i think i need to register the SLD in Solman first.

As there is no template for Technical Instances within SolMan, you need to have the system show up within the LMDB like my above screenshot; then you should be able to add monitoring for your template on the web dispatcher.

As you have the SLD data supplier functional on the dispatcher, you need to manually setup the Product system on the LMDB and associate it to the Technical Instance information that your data supplier sent into SolMan.

Hi,

The SAP WebDispatcher appears only in the Content Maintenance.
In order to see it, navigate to SLD

-> Administration
-> Content Maintenance
  -> Subset: All With Instances   Class: BC_Web_Dispatcher

Can you check there, if this appears.

Hi Gabriella,

Thanks four your help, but when i check in my solman system there is no instance in Class "SAP Web Dispatcher" or "BC Web Dispatcher Destination".

I have updated CIM content & CR content until this month, so i can assume i have all software product version in my SLD server.

Is there anything should i check?
