Hi,
Needing to upgrade a PB11,5 on a WS2003, I would need to know if this is supported on WS2008R2 or 2012/2012R2 @64bits.

PB 11.5.x is certified for win 2008. To make it clear, sybase has not win 2008r2 as a separate product in the product certification page.
